Privacy Policy

Premier Creator Agency

Last updated: August 28, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Premier Creator Agency ("Premier Creator Agency," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Premier Creator Agency platform (the "Platform"). It is meant to be specific about what we actually do, not a generic template, because we think you should be able to tell exactly what happens to your data.

By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Account information

When you sign in, we use Google's OAuth sign in flow through our authentication provider. We receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password. We create a persistent session record in our database so you stay signed in between visits, tied to a session cookie stored in your browser.

2.2 Gmail, if you choose to connect it

The Deal / Inbox Manager lets you optionally connect your Gmail account so your brand deal emails show up in the Platform. This is a separate, explicit step from signing in, and requires its own consent screen where Google shows you exactly what you are granting. If you connect Gmail, we request read only access (Google's gmail.readonly scope) and use it only to display your recent inbox messages (sender, subject, a short snippet, and date) back to you inside the Platform. We do not read your full email body beyond what Google's snippet provides, do not send email on your behalf, do not use this access for advertising, and do not share your email content with anyone outside the providers needed to render it back to you. You can disconnect Gmail at any time from the Deal / Inbox Manager page, which revokes our access at Google and deletes the stored credentials.

2.3 Content you submit

Depending on which tools you use, we collect:

2.4 Information from third party services

We source TikTok Shop product, creator, and video performance data (such as views, likes, revenue, and posting activity) from third party social commerce intelligence providers. This data is about public TikTok Shop content and creators, not about you personally, unless you are searching for or researching your own content.

We do not currently connect to TikTok's own API, and we do not receive your TikTok login credentials, private TikTok account data, or TikTok direct messages through any integration.

2.5 Automatically collected information

We automatically collect limited technical information needed to operate the Platform, including your session cookie, IP address, browser type, and basic usage logs (such as which pages and features you access) for the purpose of keeping the Platform secure and working correctly.

3. How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

We do not use your content or account information to train our own AI models, and we do not sell your personal information or Your Content to data brokers or advertisers. This commitment covers Premier Creator Agency's own systems; it does not by itself describe how the independent third party AI providers listed in Section 4 may handle data under their own terms, so see Section 4 for that.

4. Who we share information with

We share limited information with the following third party service providers, only as needed to provide the feature you are using:

ProviderWhat we shareWhy
Google (sign in)Your Google account identityTo authenticate you and create your account
Google (Gmail, only if you connect it)Read only access to your inbox, via your own granted permissionTo show your recent Gmail messages in the Deal / Inbox Manager
Video processing providerVideo files or video links you submitTo generate clips, transcripts, and virality scores
Social commerce data providersCategory and search queriesTo source TikTok Shop leaderboard and product data
Social commerce data providersVideo URLsTo fetch video transcripts
AI content providersTopic, product details, and research context you submitTo generate hooks and scripts
AI content providersProduct images you uploadTo analyze and describe product images for grounding generated content

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing how they handle the data we send them, including their own retention periods. For example, video files sent to our video processing provider or text and images sent to our AI content providers are retained, and may be used for those providers' own service operation or model training, according to their own terms, not this policy. We select providers based on their own data handling commitments, but we encourage you to review their policies if you want more detail on how they process, retain, or use data on their end.

Internal access. Reports, feedback, and account or customer records may also be viewed by authorized Premier Creator Agency staff: an internal admin role, limited to a small, named allowlist of employees, for the purpose of responding to your report, reviewing feedback, providing support, or moderating the Platform. This is not a disclosure to a third party; it is Premier Creator Agency's own personnel accessing Premier Creator Agency's own systems, subject to internal confidentiality obligations.

We do not otherwise sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to a valid legal process, to protect the rights, property, or safety of Premier Creator Agency, our users, or the public, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the new owner to continue to honor commitments made in this policy.

5. Data storage and retention

Your account information, session history, and generated content are stored in a Postgres database that we operate, shared across the Platform's own backend and its supporting services under separate database schemas so that different services only access the tables relevant to them. We retain your data for as long as your account is active, so that your session history and past generations remain available to you.

This retention period is for data stored in our own systems. Data we send to the third party providers listed in Section 4 is retained according to each provider's own policies, not ours; see Section 4.

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal, security, or accounting purposes.

6. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. This cookie is necessary for the Platform to function and is not used for third party advertising or cross site tracking. We do not currently use third party advertising or analytics cookies, so there is currently no advertising-related tracking for a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal to opt you out of.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain kinds of processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at ritchie.diputado@engin8.io. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.

You can also delete individual pieces of content, such as past Content Generator sessions or video editing projects, directly within the Platform where that functionality is available.

8. Children's privacy

Our Terms of Service require every user to be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction if higher. The Platform is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under that age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone who does not meet this age requirement, we will delete it.

9. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, session token based authentication rather than password storage on our end, and access controls limiting which parts of our systems can read which data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we become aware of a security incident that compromises your personal information, we will notify affected users without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law.

10. International data transfers

Depending on where you and our service providers are located, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where this happens, we work with providers who maintain appropriate safeguards for handling that data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Platform changes. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as an in-app notice or an email to the address on your account, before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

12. Contact us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information, please contact us at ritchie.diputado@engin8.io. For general legal matters, this policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
